Jonathan Thomson: I'm a senior implementation manager here on our launch team, strategic launch team here at Athelas Commure. So, I'm super excited to be on the Rock Valley project. Really because it's it's a unique opportunity to really make a difference in the PT market with with a brand like Rock Valley and and really bring Commure up to the forefront of where we're going in the industry and just overall make an impact on on what the industry can be and how Athelas can kind of penetrate and and be there for the physical therapy industry as a whole.

So far really what I've heard from the team is that one of the biggest things that they're facing is the ability to go and process documentation quickly. And so one of the things that he uh I think Eric had mentioned is that if he went into the clinic next door, he talked through with them, what would you want EMR?. And it is basically said, hey, we want AI to do our note. And so that's something that's our bread and butter. Um, so I think that that's something we're really gonna be able to help them out with doing and and really giving them time back in their day.

From the RCM standpoint, we're going to be able to automate quite a bit of their processes. We're going to be able to add those modifiers right onto the note that that way the providers don't actually have to deal with that in the day-to-day. Um, that billing is going to be streamlined. Um, also think that we're going to bring a strong EMR to the table. We're going to be able to help the providers get in easily access their notes, streamline their workflows, um be able to close notes very quickly, and then from a Scribe perspective, be able to go in and really just record during the the session with the the client during the visit, and by the end of the visit, be able to close out their note and and really provide a streamlined process throughout uh provider, throughout the clinicians, throughout the back office, billers, everybody within Rock Valley, and unlock more time for them to focus on the growth that they're looking to have in in this area and then within the PT market.

I think the best-in-class uh offering that we have here is really what makes it that is the speed at which we're going to iterate. We're able to go in and we're going to be listening and working with Rock Valley to build out this EMR and show them that something that they had been on for years, we are going to be able to come in and iterate and bring that to life within a few months. And so really be able to do that, train everybody within uh you know the the four-month timeline we have here and be able to roll this out and really provide an impact with the product and the speed at which we're able to to do things here.

So the training that we're going to be offering is going to be very unique. It's going to be built out and iterated with Rock Valley. We're going to learn how they operate, how they go about um training their current staff and how implementations in the past have gone. Um and I don't think that's something that everybody does. They don't really take the time to listen to how the people are going to be able to accept and take in the information and take in the change management, right?. And so I would really say it's a white glove process that we're going to do for Rock Valley. We're going to listen and and meet the folks and really get on the ground and understand how they're going to be able to learn and adapt to the system um very quickly.

So we're going to do a few different phases. We're going to meet them virtually. We're going to meet them in person. And throughout the implementation, we're actually going to be coming on site and training the trainers uh to make sure that they are right in tune with us in the system and actually super users in their own right. So that way we have um tons of of DRIs whenever we come to the training process and and and lots of folks who will be able to help and and know and really drive the change management onto the Athelas system.

I think we'll really be able to optimize what they're doing. Uh they're very successful in what they're doing now. Um they've they've really talked through with us and expressed that the EMR is the reason they're here with Athelas. That they are great at billing. They do have a great relationship with with the billing company and that our ability to optimize what they're currently doing on the RCM side as well as provide additional input and additional streamlined processes on the clinical side of the of the world with our EMR uh will really help to drive change and growth for Rock Valley.
