The investment will help us meet surging demand for our full-stack AI platform among specialty clinics and multi-site group practices, which spans revenue cycle management (RCM), Ambient AI clinical workflows, and practice management solutions. Our portfolio of solutions include:
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): From eligibility checks to payment posting, we simplify the entire billing process with AI, to help make health systems more efficient and profitable.
- Ambient Documentation and Workflows: Real-time note generation, autonomous coding, and clinical guidance to reduce after-hours charting (plus clinician burnout) and increase documentation quality.
- Practice Management OS: A cloud-based operating system with AI agents that unify patient scheduling, engagement, and task orchestration across fragmented EHRs.
