Athelas recently hosted its quarterly Summit: a two-day gathering that brought together partners and prospective partners from across the country. Attendees represented a wide range of specialties and EHR systems, underscoring the breadth of collaboration that powers the Athelas ecosystem.

At Athelas, we take immense pride in the way we partner. Each customer is treated like part of the family, never just an account or an implementation. Every practice we work with has a dedicated team of 15-20 Athelas members behind the scenes, from engineers and clinical experts to customer success and billing specialists. Our sales and launch teams remain deeply involved long after go-live, ensuring every workflow runs smoothly and every voice is heard. Held at our headquarters in Mountain View, California, the Summit kicked off with an intimate welcome session with Athelas’ CEO, Tanay Tandon, before taking guests on an immersive field trip to the clinic of one of our most valued partners, Dr. Arthur J. Ting. There, attendees witnessed the full Athelas suite – RCM, EHR, Scribe, and Agents – working seamlessly together in a real clinical setting. The visit provided an up-close look at how Athelas solutions come to life in practice, driving efficiency and improving patient care.

After returning to HQ, the energy ramped up with a tour of the facility and an interactive Demo Day. The story of Athelas’s journey from a small lab at Stanford to a $6B company, shared firsthand by our CEO, was nothing short of inspiring. Guests split into small groups to engage directly with Athelas engineering and product leaders across key areas: infrastructure, launch, denials, revenue, and scribe. Each 20-minute session offered a behind-the-scenes view of the technology that powers Athelas, sparking thoughtful discussions and tough questions.

Thursday wrapped with a sunset dinner in the Santa Cruz Mountains at Wrights Station Vineyard, where guests were able to unwind and connect with the Athelas team on a more personal level—sharing stories about families, travel, and hobbies over great food and local wine. The evening perfectly captured what makes Athelas Summits special: genuine connection, collaboration, and shared purpose.

On Friday, guests returned to HQ for a two-hour deep dive into Athelas’ new agentic workflows. The team showcased over 20 intelligent agents recently launched to streamline every part of the RCM process, automating many of the administrative tasks that billing teams traditionally spend hours managing.

The day also included personalized 1:1 sessions with Athelas executives, giving each guest the chance to discuss their own practice goals and explore how automation could fit into their workflow. To cap things off, we invited a few partners to share their stories on upcoming podcasts, highlighting the real-world impact of Athelas technology and the collaboration that drives it.

These deep-dive sessions and the candid conversations they inspired reminded us how far we’ve come, and how much we value the people who have joined us along the way. They truly captured the spirit of the Athelas Summit: transparency, innovation, and partnership built on care.
